NTIS ORDER NO.: TIB/A95-00769INW ABSTRACT: In the hydrocarbon synthesis of synthetic gas originating from coal by Fischer-Tropsch, catalysts are used which are mainly based on iron and cobalt. This is an investigation of to what extent the recently available carriers of large pore zeoliths (zeolith L, omega and beta) affect the formation of carbon dioxide and the product spectrum obtained, compared to small pore zeoliths (erionite, mordenite) and in what period of carbon deposition the catalyst activity is reduced. The product distribution, selectivity, turnover and useful life are determined in standard conditions. (LU). (Copyright (c) 1995 by FIZ. Citation no. 95:000769.) |
