NTIS ORDER NO.: DE87004326/INW ABSTRACT: During the first quarter significant progress was made in the design and construction of a computer-automated reactor system to be used in the kinetic and deactivation studies. A portion of the computer software was written while most of the equipment and supplies for fabrication of the system were ordered and received. A study of literature dealing with deactivation of catalysts by carbon was conducted. Two graduate students were hired to construct the reactor and conduct kinetic/deactivation experiments. The PI attended the Anaheim ACS meeting and received one visitor. 44 refs., 1 fig. (ERA citation 12:013038) REPORT NUMBER: DOE/PC/90533-1 CONTRACT NUMBER: FG22-86PC90533 |
