            Gasolines obtained by the hydrogenation of CO are treated with activated bleaching earth or other adsorption agents at raised temperature.  In general temperatures of 100°-450° are used.  The method can also be used advantageously with cracked gasoline from the higher synthetic oils or with polymerization gasoline.
