Method of producing CH₂O and MeOH (from CO and H₂), NH₃ (from N and H₂), phosgene (from CO and Cl), and other synthetic products consists in effecting the reaction in a liquid, which can be the reaction product itself, in presence of appropriate catalysts and previously activating the initial gases by physical means such as electrical, thermal, or other treatments. Describes apparatus.
