In producing synthesis gas from powdered fuels and hydrocarbon gases, the latter are passed into the reaction chamber along with the endothermic reacting gasification agents. The reaction chamber is thus maintained at a higher temperature. Addition to German Patent Appl. K 162,062 (abs. 1925).
