        Among some errors in the work of Kohn (abs. 1938) the chief is the assertion that in the 2 equations, C+2 H₂O=CO₂+2H₂ and CO₂+C=2CO, the fraction of steam transformed according to the 1^st equation should be equal to the quantity of CO₂ that disappears according to the 2d equation.
