Describes new process using briquets and operating continuously without O₂. The process is particularly suitable for producing synthesis gas for the Fischer-Tropsch benzine synthesis. By utilizing the end gas from the benzine synthesis for heating the generator and with a briquet cost of 8 RM per ton the benzine can be produced for 8.3 pf. per kg.
