Equilibrium of the equations CO+H2=H2CO+H2=MeOH is calculated form the gas law K=PM/pcop2H2, pM, PCO, PH  being the partial pressures of MeOH, CO and H2, respectively.  Values of K cited in the literature are summarized, and a nomograph of the equilibrium conditions is constructed.
