        Equilibrium of the equations CO+H₂=H₂CO+H₂=MeOH is calculated form the gas law K=P_M/pcop2_H2, _{pM, PCO, PH}  being the partial pressures of MeOH, CO and H₂, respectively.  Values of K cited in the literature are summarized, and a nomograph of the equilibrium conditions is constructed.
