                  Constants for the above equilibria at temperatures 800°-1,300° have been calculated:  (a) From the variation with temperature of the equilibrium constants for C+2 H2=CH4; 2 CO=C+CO2; and CO2+H2=CO+H2O; and (b) from the heats of reaction and the specific heats and chemical constants of reactants and products.  The figures obtained are compared and discussed.
