Abstract

PURPOSE: To remarkably enhance the dispersibility of gas and liq. by setting a conical float provided with a ring plate having plural oblique vertical holes at the center and periphery coaxial with a float seat on the seat.

CONSTITUTION: The conical float 22 provided with a ring consists of conical metals, the center axis is set on the center axis of a conical float seat 23, and the float is lifted by the gas-liq. mixed phase fluid flowing in a disperser 14. The fluid is passed through the narrow gap between the float 22 and the seat 23 and then through the plural oblique vertical holes 30 uniformly distributed on the circumference of the ring plate of the float 22, injected horizontally from plural injection nozzles 20 uniformly furnished on the upper side surface of the disperser 14 and deflected downward by a baffle cap 16 (cylinder for preventing falling of catalyst). The fluid is then horizontally injected from the narrow gap between the cylinder 16 and a dispersion plate 4
