Lubricants are made from the hydrocarbons from the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis b. >150°. These hydrocarbons are treated above their higher chlorination stage with 25% Cl or more by utilizing bleaching earth, bauxite, silica gel, kieselguhr at higher temperatures.
