Full regeneration is possible in 2 phases, the 1st with H2 at 350° or more to remove high-molecular compounds, the 2d at about 450° until activity is restored. The method is meant for Co catalyst, also for Ni or Fe, possibly activated with Th, Mn, U, Ce, or Mg oxide.
