            Describes process for regeneration of powdered Fe catalyst used in the Fischer-Tropsch process.  The spent catalyst is heated at 1,000º-1,200º F. in an oxidizing atmosphere until its C content is reduced to 7-9%.  During this step the catalyst is maintained in fluidized condition by upward-flowing air.  The catalyst is then activated by injecting H2 into the catalyst mass at 1,100º-1,300º F.  1 foreign and 2 United States patents cited.
