        An improved and simple design is described and illustrated.  Simultaneous back reflection and transmission photographs at distances of 3 and 5 cm., respectively, and at any glancing angle from 0° to 90° are possible.  The area scanned is approximately 2 cm.² at rates of either 2 cm.³/hr. or 4 cm.²/ hr.  Useful exposures can be obtained with exposure times as low as 10 min.
