 1383.    HECKEL, H.  [Influence of Kieselguhr on the Activity of the Catalyst.]  FIAT Reel K-20, frames 103-108, 1937, PB 70,211; TOM Reel 287.

        Tests were made covering chemical components, physical properties, microscopic structure, and activity.  The solubility in acid and H₂O has no influence on the activity.  Physical tests showed that a high loss of ignition diminishes the activity of the catalyst.
