      Under optimal conditions (the intensity of air blowing about 26,350 m.3/hr., that of steam blowing 5,896 kgm./hr., the air pressure under the grating 1,264 mm., and the height of the fuel layer 1,900 mm.) the water gas contained CO2, 6.74%, H2S, 0.42%, O2, 0.20%, CO 39.23%, H2, 47.03%, CH4, 0.51%, and N2, 5.87% by volume and had a calorific value of 2,700-2,455 cal./m.3  The air gas contained CO2, 14.29%, H2S, 0.08%, O2, 0.17%, CO, 9.51%, H2, 2.45%, CH4, 0.15%, and N2, 73.65%; its calorific value was 382-369 cal./m.3  Gasification for production of a mixed gas yielded CO2, 7.42%, H2S, 0.19%, O2, 0.17%, CO, 24.99%, H2, 15.19%, and N2, 0.30%, of calorific value 1,262-1,185 cal./m.3
